Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was the stage performer for The Muny Opera. She received her cumlaude degree from The University of Missouri Columbia with a BA in Communications and Theatre. After moving into Los Angeles, she became active in the theater arts and began acting in and choreographing for over twenty-one musicals and plays such as The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera in addition to seven titles parts in Los Angeles' prize-winning Storybook Theatre. While continuing to study improvisation in The Groundlings and becoming a Company member of Theatre West Kelly also started getting roles for television as well as in films. Kelly's distinct voice and diminutive stature have allowed her to portray a range of different character types. Her role with Naomi Watts as Samara the villain In The Ring 2 is well acknowledged, however, she's better recognized for playing the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly played a part in an ongoing series on TV Land's The Exes which she was the role of a party-hopper as well as a paralegal in the time of the day. Kelly was also a regular in the role of Alyssa's smart, sassy sister in ABC's Romantically Challenged and as the worried suburban mom on the CW series No Tomorrow. She sang in soprano for many cartoons, including Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. Recently, she appeared in the role of the charming but dimwitted Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. The couple has two children and lives in a tranquil home. She enjoys writing or sew as well as volunteer in the school.
