Anne Curtis-Smith is an Australian-Filipino model, actor, host of a television show entrepreneur and recording artist.She has won numerous honors throughout her career including 2 FAMAS Awards a Luna Award two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and five PMPC Star Awards for Television. In 2014, Curtis portrayed legendary Komiks Dyesebel character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She has also been a host of the noontime variety show, It's Showtime (2009-2020). Curtis, the daughter of Carmencita Ojales from Bolinao Pangasinan in Australia and James Ernest Curtis Smith an Australian lawyer was born on the 25th of July 1970 in Yarrawonga. In 1982, her father married Ojales. Her youngest sister Jasmine was also an actor. Clare passed away from a heart disease in 2007, she was barely 4 months old.
