Colson Kelly or Machine Gun Kelly is best recognized for his unique style he uses to rap. Baker was born on the 22nd of April, 1990, at Houston Texas U.S. to the family of English Scottish and German ancestry He is well-known for his distinct way of rapping. As a child Baker, he spent a good amount of time travelling along with his parents who were missionaries. James Colson Baker suffered from depression and was unemployed as Sonia Alane abandoned them at the age of nine. Baker was moved to Denver with his father and stayed for some time. Others in the community were bullies Baker for being poor. Baker began to listen to rap when he was in sixth grade. Colson Baker, a.k.a by the name Machine Gun Kelly, was born in Texas on April 22, 1990. He has a reputation for blending hip-hop styles that are contemporary and alternative to rock music in his compositions. Baker has signed with Bad Boy Records in 2010 He released four mixtapes from 2007 and 2010. These Cleveland rapper who raps lyrics as fast as bullet-trains, had an explosive rise in the latter part of 2011, when he switched to self-publishing mixtapes instead of signing with reputable labels. From there his career skyrocketed with each of his albums charting among the top 10.
